How can I clean my MÉLODIE tie ?

We recommend that you avoid washing your ties and have them cleaned by a dry cleaner.

How long are MÉLODIE ties ?

The ties lenght is approximately 135 cm.

How accurate is colour display on the Internet?

Each product is photographed in a unique way, and the colours displayed are true to life. Nevertheless, it is possible that colours may vary slightly from one computer to another.

I just finalized my order but I still have not received the order summary ?

You may experience a few minutes delay after you have placed your order and before you receive the order summary. You should also check your “Spam” inbox, as the message may have been delivered there depending on your email settings. If you still have not received an email, please contact Customer Service at info@melodieties.com. They will verify that the order has been successfully placed and will correct your email address if necessary.

How do I change information on my order after it has been placed ?

How do I track delivery of my order?

You can follow your order’s progress online by using the tracking number provided in the email we send to you once your package leaves our warehouse. This email also includes the link to the Courrier website. With your tracking number in hand, simply click the link to access your delivery date. Which means of payment are accepted by MÉLODIE Ties for Her ?

We accept payment by credit card or VISA debit: MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express®. Your payments are secured by the Paypal transaction system.

How can I return or exchange an item ?

To make a return, you must use the Return Label that you received in the same package as your purchase. Make sure that your parcel is securely packed, then affix the adhesive label to the largest side of your package. Also include the delivery receipt or a copy of the invoice that you received by email. You are now ready to send your package by mail, free of charge. Once we receive your package at our warehouse, the price of the product will be fully refunded along with applicable taxes. The amount will be refunded through the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

Promotional coupons are not refundable.

When will I receive my refund?

We strive to issue refunds as quickly as possible. You should receive your refund within 15 business days after your returned item(s) is/are received at our warehouse.
